The Role

As a Foreman at Track Tech Inc., you’re the boots-on-the-ground leader that keeps rail construction and maintenance jobs moving forward. You’ll lead your crew through daily operations, ensure work is done safely and efficiently, and act as the go-to problem-solver when the unexpected happens. You're not afraid to work shoulder-to-shoulder with your team — and you lead by example every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

• It is your responsibility to work safely and oversee the safety of your work group. Accidents, incidents, or injuries are not acceptable at Track Tech Services.

• Each decision will be made by first determining if there is a safe way to accomplish the task.

• JSA's will be completed each time work is performed, even when it's inconvenient.

• Appropriate PPE will be worn as per our Handbook and rules. Additional PPE can always be worn if deemed necessary and safe. This includes all customer facility requirements.

• All incidents will be immediately reported to your supervisor and HSE manager with an incident form created in ProCore.

• Any unsafe action will be stopped immediately and reported to a supervisor. Everyone has stop-work authority regarding safety.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of railroad construction or maintenance experience

• Strong leadership skills and experience managing crews

• CDL Class A preferred (or willingness to obtain)

• Familiarity with FRA standards and railroad work rules

• Willingness to travel and work outdoors in all conditions

• Must pass FRA/FMCSA pre-employment drug & alcohol screening and be enrolled in the random testing program

• Comfortable using basic digital tools (phone, apps, email) for reporting and communication
